Welcome to the digital home of the West Palm Beach Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated! 

​

As an organization founded by 22 courageous women at Howard University in 1913, we stand on a foundation built upon sisterhood, scholarship, service, and social action. Our journey has always been about rising, lifting, and leaving a lasting mark. In this new biennium, we're channeling that enduring spirit through a theme that calls us to action in every facet of our sisterhood and our dedication to our community.

This biennium, we are inspired by the theme “Take Flight: Elevate. Empower. Impact.” It reminds us that each day, we are given the opportunity to soar higher, to lift as we climb, and to create meaningful change in the lives we touch.

Elevate – We will continue to raise the bar in our programs, operations, and sisterhood, ensuring excellence in all that we do.

Empower – We will create spaces where our members and community feel strengthened, supported, and equipped to achieve their fullest potential.

Impact – We will be intentional about addressing the needs of our community, leaving behind footprints of lasting significance.

 

Our chapter maintains a strong presence in advocacy and social action. We remain committed to forging meaningful relationships with our local, state, and federal elected officials to amplify the voices of those we serve. Through our many partnerships with community organizations and our programming under the Five-Point Programmatic Thrust, we will continue to uplift and empower our community in the areas of Economic Development, Educational Development, International Awareness and Involvement, Physical and Mental Health, and Political Awareness and Involvement.
